The SonarGuard® AG100 Swimming Pool Security System is an advanced swimming pool security system, which creates an “invisible” underwater sonar-net. It has been designed to alert the owners when an object of specific size and shape is detected in unsupervised pools and spas such as a child fall into the pool. The system works on any size or shape pool, and can be fitted on any new or existing pool and/or spa. SonarGuard represents the best solution to pool security and safety for the pool owner. This intelligent system distinguishes the difference between a real event and pool toys, wind, or a dog drinking from the water’s surface. Armed system status is displayed on the remote keypad by a glowing green light. The homeowner uses the remote keypad to put SonarGuard into standby mode when the pool is to be used. Three minutes prior to rearming, the system will give off small beeps as a warning that it is going to rearm. Once the standby mode time has elapsed, the system will automatically rearm.
The WL85 is designed to reject interference from Plasma, LCD, LED Displays and Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) from entering the IR signal line. This IR Receiver mounts easily into a single gang, electrical J-Box, is supplied with mounting screws, and comes with a Decorator-style insert, allowing the installer to use a Decorator-style wall cover plate. This provides an integrated look for control of A/V equipment behind closed doors or any IR Repeater System that is in close proximity to light sources described above.
The Minotaur Engineering IFD1 INSTEON Precision Freeze Detector provides a way to sense inordinately low temperatures, and turns devices off to prevent damage or on to protect important systems. It interfaces to a standard I/O Linc device (purchased separately) and triggers INSTEON devices based on user settings. Simply place the sensor in the area you wish to protect and extend the wire leads to an I/O Linc. From there, you can have the I/O Linc module send out INSTEON commands to other INSTEON controlled devices such as a LampLinc or an ApplianceLinc to turn lights on in the event that the temperature drops to an unacceptable level. The Freeze Detector can also be used to trigger other devices on your INSTEON network to avoid ice, broken irrigation systems, broken pipes, interiors, roofs, water containers, sinks, toilets, plants, and uncomfortable temperatures.
