If it Plugs In, You Can Turn it On or Off with a Motion Sensor
The Belkin WeMo Home Automation Switch + Motion Sensor Kit, along with the WeMo App, work together to let you use motion to turn almost anything in your home on or off. By having the WeMo Switch, WeMo Motion, and the WeMo App installed, you can create rules that turn the WeMo Switch on or off when motion is detected.
