Wireless LED Cabinet Light Automatically Turns-On when Sensor Detects Rise in Light Levels

Xodus Innovations BL200 In Cabinet Light, WhiteThe In Cabinet Light from Xodus Innovations is a quick-fix for adding light to just about any dark corner, closet or cabinet of a home. It’s powered by 4 C batteries (sold separately) allowing it to operate wirelessly without having to rely upon an AC outlet which in-turn makes it a great emergency power outage light. It has 2 different operating modes to choose from depending upon the application of use. The automatic mode is for use when installed in a cabinet or closet. In this mode the light will automatically illuminate as soon as the sensor detects a rise in lighting levels which will occur as a door or cabinet is being opened. When in this mode the LED light will shut off after 20 seconds to conserve power however, pushing of the manual override button next to the LED will provide an additional 60 seconds of light.

For added ease of use and convenience this override button glows in the dark to make locating it simple. The second operating mode is manual which will disable the light sensor so that the LED light is turned on by pushing the devices manual button next to the devices LED swivel head (same push-button for manual override in auto mode). Once the desired application of use has been chosen the LED light can be mounted quickly and easily without screws. A magnetic mounting plate sticks to most smooth, flat surfaces via an adhesive sticking pad. It is important to note that surface should be cleaned and free of residue before applying adhesive pad. Because the mounting plate connects to the Cabinet Light magnetically, it can be removed hassle-free for changing of batteries or to be used as a flashlight. The In Cabinet Light can operate for up to 100 continuous hours with fresh batteries or up to 1 year with regular use. Read more
