Multi-room Audio Distribution Hub Routes Four Audio Sources to Four Zones
The ATON 4-Source, 4-Zone DIGI-5 Digital Audio Router is the hub of your whole home audio distribution system. Connect any device with an analog, digital or coaxial audio output to the router and that device can be accessed from any touch pad (sold separately) on your system, up to four touch pads can be connected to the router. Each touch pad has a built-in amplifier for independent volume control in each zone. The real beauty of this kit is that it operates using DIGI-5 technology, which allows all components to be connected via cat. 5 cables (sold separately) maintaining premium sound distribution. Using cat. 5 cables also makes installation easier as each connection requires only one cable; one between the local source input and the router and each of four touch pads and the router. The router also features inputs that allow for full infrared (IR) control of up to four audio and video sources through the use of IR emitters (sold separately), using the included remote control. If you have larger installation with more than four zones, up to six expansion routers can be added for a total of 28 zones.
