It has 12 IR LED lights built in so you can expect to get a quality image of up to 35 feet at night with 0 lux (no light). The 1/4″ Sony Super HAD CCD image sensor provides an excellent resolution at 420 TV lines. This product requires the use of a power supply and a video/power cable, each sold separately.
