It can mount to almost any surface using the built in hook and loop holes or via the optional self-adhesive magnetic or Velcro strips. The bright white LEDs are mounted in a linear housing over six inches long creating a broad lighted area. The light has 90° or rotation from side to side so you can direct lighting where you need it most.
