IR Sensor Offers Low-Profile Mounting and Easy, Plug-In Connection
Control A/V components behind closed doors or in another room in your home. The Xantech Micro Link Round IR Sensor is a surface-mount IR receiver that features a white bezel to blend with your décor. This sensor comes with a 7-foot cable of 3-conductor ribbon terminating in a 3.5mm stereo mini plug to connect easily to a Xantech block with an IR receiver or auxiliary jack. An RF grid in the sensor’s pick-up window helps reduce EMI (electro magnetic interference). Typical range is 30 feet with an acceptance angle of 55 degrees off axis. This system requires a Xantech connecting block as well as IR emitters and a compatible power supply (sold separately).
